As Assistant Restaurant Manager of Café L’oscar, you will support to lead and be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager works with the Restaurant Manager to oversee Café L’oscar’s all day dining service of this 50 cover restaurant with bar. You will be responsible for a team of up to 20, to ensure the seamless running of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
L’oscar London is looking for previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a similar quality operation, knowledge of finance and accounting including cash handling and reconciliation ideal and proven experience in managing a team essential.
