L’oscar London, a collaboration between Jacques Garcia and L’oscar International Hotels, is a new luxury hotel situated in central Holborn. L’oscar London has 39 bedrooms, a restaurant, café and bar with Michelin Chef Tony Fleming at its helm.

Opened in June 2018, L’oscar London is looking to recruit passionate new recruits. Currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to work within Tony Fleming’s kitchen and to be an integral part of the team.

L’oscar London is looking for chefs with a passion for cooking and food. This would suit either a recently graduated chef or someone with the eagerness to learn under the guidance of Michelin Chef Tony Fleming.
