L’oscar London, a collaboration between Jacques Garcia and L’oscar International Hotels, is a new luxury hotel situated in central Holborn. L’oscar London has 39 bedrooms, a restaurant, café and bar with Michelin Chef Tony Fleming at its helm.

Opening in Spring 2018, L’oscar London is looking to recruit passionate new recruits to be part of the pre-opening team. Currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager to be an integral part of the team.

As Front Office Manager, you will lead and be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Front Office, Concierge and the Butler departments, overseeing all key areas of service to ensure that all guests enjoy a warm, memorable and personalised stay at L’oscar London. You will also be accountable for employee satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues and maximising the financial performance of the department.

L’oscar London is looking for someone with proven experience in Hotel Front Office, with exposure to guest services, front desk, management operations in a luxury environment. Extensive knowledge of London, it’s attractions and points of interest is essential as well as proven experience in managing a team and good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
