As the Sous Pastry Chef, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, the Sous Pastry Chef will be responsible for the quality and consistency of all pastry products produced and served including the efficiencies, consistency, associate training and accountability of costs associated with the pastry department. The Sous Pastry Chef will work directly with the Head Pastry Chef on the creation, development and implementation of new desserts for all the L’oscar restaurants and banqueting facilities.
